Water Damaged Wall in Wilton Manors

As shown in the Before Photo, the water leak lifted the latex paint from this Wilton Manors wall. The blister indicated soaked drywall requiring inspection and restoration. Our SERVPRO WRT water damage restoration techs opened the wall to reveal the source of the water. A black drain pipe failed, and the water wicked into the cardboard backing of the sheetrock. We performed a controlled demolition, repaired the line, and dried out the wall void with an air mover and a dehumidifier. We work neatly to minimize any dirt or debris circulating to other areas of this house. The build-back was completed within a few days making our customers feel "Like it never even happened."
